When you buy an item on our website, you have a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the receipt of the merchandise at your home to exchange it for another item / size or to return it.

Inside the box you must enter a copy of the purchase delivery note and write on it that you request the return or exchange for another size or model. The refund of the amount of the shoes will be made using the same payment method that you used to make the purchase. If you used the Cash on Delivery payment method on the same delivery note, you have to indicate an account number where you want us to make the transfer for the amount of the footwear.

For shipments to Peninsular Spain, whether it is an exchange or a return, the cost of shipping from your home to our store is at your expense, but in the case of a change, the first forwarding of a new size from our stores even your house assumes Calzados Vesga . In the case of shipments from Ceuta and Melilla, island shipments (Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), or international shipments, the forwarding of the size or model is at the customer's expense.
